Tickets will be available for booking through this website or at the entrance (unless we are at capacity). Tickets purchased on unauthorized websites or through scalpers will not be honored.

The experience should typically last between 45 and 60 minutes.

DIRECTIONS: We are located at 1232 3rd Street Promenade, Santa Monica, CA 90401. You will find us on the east side of 3rd Street, between Wilshire Blvd and Arizona Ave, directly next to Cabo Cantina and Sephora.

 

CAR PARKING:

Structure 1: Located on 2nd Street between Broadway and Santa Monica Boulevard

Structure 2: Located on 2nd Street between Colorado Avenue and Broadway

Structure 3: Located on 4th Street between Broadway and Santa Monica Boulevard

The first 90 minutes are free in all downtown parking structures.

 

BUS PARKING: 2nd Street: West side, north of Colorado Avenue (Preferred Zone for Buses). For longer-term parking, charter buses and party buses can utilize Lot 1 North at 1550 Pacific Coast Highway, adjacent to the Santa Monica Pier.

Yes, we are wheelchair accessible. There are a few rooms with slanted floors that are not as accessible but those can be bypassed on your visit.

As stated in our Terms & Conditions, all tickets are final sale and non-refundable. Additionally, merchandise items cannot be exchanged.

No, animals are not allowed inside the museum, except for service animals.

Tickets are not required for children who are ages four and younger. They can enter MOI for free!
